I wasn't born in Pittsburgh. I wasn't even born in Pennsylvania. But I've lived in the area the vast majority of my life.

I've adapted the city as part of my identity. While I may not say "Yinz" and I may not be a football fan, I think it's fair to say I'm a Pittsburgher.
